Designing a House on a Small Site

Sometimes the solutions for tough design problems are actually a quality of the problem itself. A lot of real estate developers passed up this very small lot in between the Greenlake and Tangletown neighborhoods of Seattle because they thought it was just too small.

We thought its smallness was its best quality, and designed an economical way to make useful, meaningful, and beautiful space. Flip through the images above to see the story and check out more images in our portfolio.
