Capitol Hill Infill House
A new house on capitol hill is a small addition to the block on Summit Avenue, but has a big feel inside, with a beautiful view of Seattle and the space needle from the top floor. Set on the west facing hill in north Capitol Hill, this house maximizes daylight while carefully screening neighbors. The house uses the hillside to create a clear and useful living organization, making cozy intimate moments in some spots and expansive view moments in others.
This project was designed by the previous iteration of our company, D3 Design/Build, in collaboration with Donnally Architects, the Architect of Record for the project.
